AQA Unit 2 The Concept of Liability

Unit 2 consists of three main areas in which candidates will study either Sections A and B or Sections A and C. Section A looks at criminal liability, whilst B looks at tort and C contract.

Section A Criminal Liabilty - The underlying principles of criminal liability and the criminal courts - procedure and sentencing.

Section B Tort - Liability in negligence and the courts - procedure and damages for negligence cases.

Section C The Law of Contract - Formation of contract and breach of contract and the courts - procedure and damages.
